El Naranjazo

El Naranjazo is a citizen participation app that allows users to quickly, easily, and securely report problems and issues in the city.

Users can register reports related to potholes, road damage, cable theft, accidents, problems in public spaces, service outages, and other situations affecting the community.

The app allows users to choose between two types of reports:

Public report: This can be displayed on the map so other citizens can see the problem and check its status.

Private report: This remains off the map and is used only for internal review.

El Naranjazo also incorporates privacy protection mechanisms that blur faces detected in published images, reducing the exposure of people in accidents or other sensitive situations.

In addition, users can view their reports, check their status, access details of each report, and record evidence when a problem has been resolved.

El Naranjazo aims to promote citizen participation, improve the visibility of urban problems, and facilitate the monitoring of situations affecting the community.
