Managed eventually to get app set up using my membership number. Lakeland prompt of my email address after entering my membership details to send me a password link was incorrect by them so link not sent. Entered my correct email address and it worked. Pressurised by company to get app as vouchers not sent in Christmas promotional material received in post. Will shop elsewhere more and just use vouchers online as WiFi reception in stores is often rubbish.

Sign up as a new customer was easy and worked well. Like the overall design and simplicity of the app. Also like the extra added content. App too sensitive checking for internet connection when starting, says offline when not. App times out login just as I'm about to pay in store and demands password which I don't remember and prevents me using vouchers. Dislike the use of distracting social popups on item pages saying how popular it is or how many people have it in their basket.
