Simple to use, best utility payment app I've used.

It's a billing app but why not tie into the app and provide real time power outage notifications and the ability for us to send an outage notification to the REMC. The app for billing looks ok but using your account number is not user friendly and I dont remember it. I think REMC could do better on the IT side.
