I got this after Evie was ruined. I haven't used this app for very long, but so far the speech is fine, once you figure out how to navigate it is very simple, so far I haven't had any ads pop up and ruin the experience, and so far the app has been free not requiring any subscriptions, it works offline, and there are no limits as far as I can tell. Please never ruin this app with ads and subscriptions, I have already lost 2 tts apps. I download books as pdfs and listen to them

Display, highlighting are good. when I change the voice engine. It hangs up. after restart the app also it doesn't work. There is no frequent app updates..
