LabQ’s new Patient Mobile App, enables patients to locate testing locations, order lab tests, and manage their test results.
Current version features:
- Create and manage COVID Test orders for you and your minor family members.
- Complete required paperwork ahead of time.
- Find LabQ locations near you.
- Check-in at LabQ locations with your patient or order QR code.
- View, download and print your lab results.
Users download the app to their phone or tablet and create an account. LabQ stores basic user data, such as sex assigned at birth, date of birth, and street addresses. The user includes insurance information or pays for tests in the LabQ app by credit card, using a third-party payment processor (Stripe). LabQ does not receive nor store cardholder data, other than the last four digits and expiration month/year.
