With the “Pharmacy Learning App” it is possible to keep pharmacy employees (assistants/pharmaceutical employees) “professionally competent” through short learning incentives. This can take the form of multiple choice questions that are sent (pushed) periodically or a challenge in which colleagues (or groups) can compete with each other.

THE POWER OF REPETITION
We rely on the power of repetition: by repeating the questions and learning material, the learning outcome is significantly increased (source: Ebbinghaus).

The user answers the question and receives immediate feedback whether the question has been answered correctly. If the answer is wrong, the question will be asked again at a later time. Repeat until the correct answer is given. Additional explanation or background information can be added to each question.
