MobileClaw: AI Launcher

MobileClaw is a home screen that learns how you use your phone and puts that knowledge to work. It runs on your phone first: what it learns, your notes and your automations stay on the device. Connecting a cloud AI makes it smarter, but it is never required.

Use it on your everyday phone, or give a spare phone a second life at home as a TV remote and home hub.

WHAT IT DOES

• Clean home screen: a dock with Apps, Settings, AI Hub and Modes, search for apps and contacts, and a command bar you can type or talk to
• Learns your routines (morning, commute, evening) and offers each one as a one-tap automation
• Evening suggestion: with an AI connected, it proposes one automation for tomorrow. Set it up, ask later, or never see it again
• Plain-language automations: type "play Spotify at 6:45" and it builds the macro
• Automation builder and templates. Triggers: time, app opened, screen on or off, charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, battery, notifications, calendar events and places. Actions: open apps, play music, start navigation, Do Not Disturb, volume, brightness, speak aloud, a gentle light alarm, a glow when a message arrives
• AI Hub: download an on-device model that works offline, or connect your own API key
• Second Brain: save anything you want to remember and find it again by its words or, with the on-device meaning model (165 MB download), by what it means
• What I know about you: see what your phone has learned, and delete it for real, evidence included
• Daily Brief: weather, reminders, your calendar and upcoming bill and payment dates in one place
• Drive mode: tells you once when nothing important came in, and summarizes a message when you ask
• Home remote: a phone becomes a TV remote that pairs as a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It also controls supported smart plugs, shutters and robot vacuums on your Wi-Fi, and sends TV power over infrared on phones with an IR emitter
• Simple mode: a calm home screen with large buttons and reminders for a parent or grandparent
• Telegram and Home Assistant: optional bridges you turn on yourself

PRIVACY FIRST

• No account, no subscription.
• Your usage, places and notes live in a local database on the phone.
• If you connect a cloud AI with your own key, the questions you send and the context they need go to the provider you chose.
• When the assistant wants to send a message, call someone, control a smart home device or use Telegram, it asks you first, every time.
• Bridges such as Telegram and the local API stay off until you turn them on.

PERMISSIONS AND WHY

• Usage access: to learn which apps you use and when
• Notification access: to spot bills and important alerts, summarize messages while you drive, and control music
• Accessibility: only to know which app is in front, so automations fire at the right moment. It never reads what is on the screen
• Location (optional): to learn your places and run place-based automations
• Calendar (optional): for event triggers and the Daily Brief
• Contacts and Phone (optional): to find people from search and call them after you confirm
• Microphone (optional): for voice commands
• Nearby devices (optional): for the Bluetooth TV remote
• Display over other apps, Modify system settings, Alarms (optional): for the light alarm, brightness automations and reminders on time

Set MobileClaw as your default home app so it can learn all day. The more you use your phone, the better it knows you.
