KYD Performance

KYD Performance is the app for athletes at the center. From your phone, you can follow the plan created by your trainer, book your appointments, and track your progress.

TRAINING
Open the day's session and execute it step by step: sets, reps, weights, and rest periods, with video of each exercise when needed. You record the weights you lifted and your perceived exertion (RPE) at the end, and this data is sent to your trainer to adjust your workout. Timed intervals (HIIT, SIT, RSA) have their own timer.

SCHEDULE AND APPOINTMENTS
View your monthly calendar with your booked sessions and appointments, and schedule appointments with the center's professionals: kinesiology, nutrition, and osteopathy. The app shows you how many appointments are included in your plan and how many you've used.

ASSESSMENTS
Check the results of your physical tests and track their progress over time.

WELLNESS
You log how you slept, how you feel, and if you have any discomfort. It takes just one minute a day, which helps the team adjust your training load.

PROFILE
Your information, photo, and history, always at your fingertips.

The app is for athletes already training at KYD Performance: you need to be registered by the center to access it.
