2022-01-02	Fa*****		I sent a Rx to my pharmacy, and it never showed up there. On the app, it still says "sending", and when I tried to cancel it, it says it wouldn't cancel bc it was already complete. It's faster to take my Rx into the pharmacy or have my doctor directly fax it there. Plus, there's a $1.00 processing fee which I was not aware of until uploaded my Rx to the app. I emailed the company; they apologized, and refunded the processing fee. The customer service is good, but the app needs improvement.
