They are very unreliable, now my customer is not buying from me again cause of their bad service, i don't know if the rate they offer their riders is low as no rider wants to ship my item, still on unassigned for 27hr, i have to cancel my delivery cause of that and then use bolt, i prefer it cause they delivered my package, and the rider has to come pick it before i pay, they charged higher by 1500 difference. I'm still waiting for my refund they said is 3- 12 days, very bad service with them

Useless people, there's non of my orders that have gone through their hands with getting headache as a gift for patronising them. I only keep them as a last resort with the full awareness that I wil take some medications after along the way.
