Most of the times, I get server error or books in circulation. And also the books that I order are always in really bad and decaying condition. This used to be a bad app but good service before covid, now everything is bad.

No support from the team. My pincode shows deliverable but distt name is not shown. Already raised a ticket but no response. Pathetic service.

Just FYI before the review, App is updated. Issue: it is not letting me return the book. But return and booking a new book is working as expected on the webpage.
