This app is meant for Schools who are using KYAN and IFP (Interactive Flat Panel) Educational devices and equipments.
The app allows school administrators to view their devices (assets) and raise support tickets for servicing and for any other malfunction/loss of device.
The app also allows service engineers to view support tickets raised by School admins and assigned to them. The Service engineers also go to schools for regular visits to check and run maintenance on the devices, and punch their attendance by logging their photo along with location to verify attendance.
