Product prices, promotional offers, and company schemes may change without prior notice depending on market conditions and company policies.
The company ensures product quality only for sealed items purchased with a valid invoice. In case of any factory defect, replacement or action will be processed according to the respective brand’s official return policy. Opened or used food items, cosmetics, and personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers may request returns only for incorrect, expired, or damaged products. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof through the company’s WhatsApp number or email. Refunds or replacements are approved only after verification. The maximum return period is limited to 15 days from the order date.
Kukku Store accepts payments through UPI, online transfer, bank transfer, and cash methods. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Any fraudulent transaction may result in legal action.
Customer information is used solely for order processing and billing purposes and is never shared without consent. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.
