KUIQ POS

KUIQ POS is the workspace for your trade. Run the till, keep stock accurate, invoice customers and read the books — from your phone, tablet or the web, with the same account as kuiqpos.com.

POINT OF SALE
Open the register and sell retail or wholesale from one catalogue. Search or scan a barcode, add the line, apply a discount and take cash, card, credit, split or gift. Hold a sale and finish it when the customer is ready.

STOCK
Add products with prices, SKUs, categories and locations. See what is on hand, what is low and what is out. Count stock, transfer between branches and keep a record of every movement.

SALES AND THE BOOKS
Invoices, payments, credit and returns stay in one place. Reports show sales, purchases, expenses and tax in the language you set for the shop. Print or share invoices from the workspace.

ONLINE SHOP
Publish your catalogue and take customer orders when you want. Customer checkout uses this shop’s own Stripe or PayFast keys. KUIQ membership billing is never charged on a customer card.

TEAM AND SECURITY
Owner, Manager and Cashier roles. Sign in with your kuiqpos.com email. Unlock this device with Face ID or fingerprint if you choose — the password is still checked by KUIQ POS. Delete Account is in Profile.

COUNTRY SETUP
Choose your country when you create the workspace. Currency, tax name and language follow that country. Pakistani shops can attach FBR credentials they already hold. Raast can be recorded on the till after you confirm the transfer in your own bank app.

MEMBERSHIP
The app is free to download. Access to the hosted workspace starts on a trial at kuiqpos.com. Paid membership is billed on PayFast in Pakistan and Stripe in other countries. There are no Google Play in-app purchases.
