I paid a 1bill invoice through this app. The payment got deducted from my credit card and a recepiet was generated at the time of transaction but then it was not verfied from the board so I checked the app again and there was no history of that transaction. No response from any helpline....... total scam it is......

2025-01-16	Hu*****	I paid my water bill through the app its shows as paid but in the next month water bill received no payment was received from the water board authories and on one is responding from their customer service as well. Not a good app to use

2025-01-14	Mu*****	I installed the app and when trying to register I provided a vaild Email but it didn't accept saying that Email is not valid. I contacted the developer on WhatsApp and they asked me to contact via Email. I Emailed them over a week ago and haven't got a response so far.

I used the app to pay my daughter's college fee, and while my credit card was charged and the app showed the transaction as successful, the college informed me the fee was not paid. Then I paid the fee at bank counter. I contacted KuickPay via email, WhatsApp, and phone multiple times, but received no response. Their customer service is non-existent, and they don't even answer their phone. Very disappointed and will not recommend this app to anyone."
