App is broken. It just sticks at the loading screen. I've removed it and re-installed it multiple times and it doesn't make any difference. Please fix this

This is a review of the app, NOT the service. The app simply does not work. It was clearly designed using a no-code tool, with sections still containing template content. It constantly says theres a connection problem, invites you to "retry", then repeats. Not only does it not connect, it doesn't tell you what it's trying to connect to! The app does not recognise my login details, so.i have to login manually through chrome. How this app passed any kind of QA is beyond me.
