User Reviews

Epico Music is praised for its affordable premium plan cheaper than popular services, good audio quality after improvements, large song catalog, offline listening, and easy usability. However, multiple users report inconsistent or low audio quality, missing songs in the catalog, poor search functionality within favorite songs, problems with account access due to phone number validation, and missing features like lyrics display and simplified downloading. Overall, it is considered a promising music app with room for enhancement in audio consistency, catalog completeness, and usability features.

Pros

Affordable premium plan, cheaper than competitors like Spotify and Apple Music.
Good audio quality mentioned in some reviews after improvements.
Large catalog with over 40 million songs, though some say it needs improvement.
Ability to listen and download music offline.
Easy to use with user-friendly interface and playlist creation.

Cons

Audio quality is inconsistent; some users report very low quality and songs cutting off before finishing.
Catalog lacks some songs users are searching for.
Search functionality within favorite songs is ineffective or non-functional.
Difficulty accessing the app due to phone number validation issues, especially with pre-installed versions.
Lack of useful features such as adding lyrics and easier downloading options (e.g., download all songs with one button).

Recent reviews

In my honest opinion it is a good application. The premium plan is a good option for Bolivians. It is cheaper than the competition, and it has of similar quality. I would just like a recommendation, add the lyrics to the song.
