KT Personal

The KT Personal app is designed for professional training management by personal trainers who want to provide quality service and consistent results to their students. Like the other apps on the Keep Training platform, the KT Personal app features a minimalist design, preventing distractions or loss of focus. Students are linked to the KT Personal service through the KT Student app. Personal trainers have access to five work profiles, the main one being the Personal Trainer profile. With this profile active, they can simultaneously create four additional work profiles as instructors in gyms that use the KT Gym app. Each profile will have access to up to five predefined and editable workouts to be applied to students. In addition, you'll have full access to student history and performance in suggested workouts, ensuring thorough analysis of training execution, even remotely.
