KSmart iTeacher is an application specifically designed for teachers and school staff within the KSmart system, enabling quick student attendance tracking using facial recognition technology and classroom information management directly on their phones.

MAIN FEATURES

• Group student attendance: Teachers can take photos of students, or choose not to take photos, to record attendance at the beginning of class.

• Departure attendance: Confirm students leaving the classroom/school with photos, ensuring safety during handover.

• Manual attendance using photos: Applicable when facial recognition cannot be used.

• Staff attendance: Teachers/staff can manually check attendance using facial recognition.

• Student profile management: View lists, information, and attendance history of students in their assigned class.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This application is only for teachers/staff with school-issued login accounts; self-registration is not supported. All displayed data is limited to the class/subject assigned to each teacher by the school.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
The application only requests Camera permission for taking attendance photos/facial recognition; it does not access location (GPS), display advertisements, or sell user data. Facial biometric data and student health data are processed and protected according to the application's Privacy Policy.
