Kshemam OnTheGo

Kshemam OnTheGo app allows Caregivers or Administrative staff to onboard and collect health data from end users remotely. Example use cases include gathering data at home, clinics, and medical camps. Gathered data includes health history, periodic health summaries, vitals, and symptoms. These data are securely transferred to Kshemam Cloud for analysis and review by health care providers. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only. The format of data collected and fields are dynamic, and can be updated from the Kshemam Backend.

Data are stored securely in the Kshemam Cloud platform and are used for longitudinal analysis, insights, reports, and predictive forecasting. The App is available for free for evaluation. Advanced features are available for a low monthly subscription.
