2025-01-09	pr*****	When using forgot username option it's asking to enter mobile number and OTP. For an NRI user, some times OTP won't work in their India number. Please try to include option to get OTP via registered email too. Also app won't allow to register if a mobile number is used once for registration. It should restrict the user registration based on username Also there should be an option for the user to edit his or her personal details.

2024-12-23	JI*****	Branch wise Substitution availability may also bring to this app. Credit card auto pay option and standing instruction form bank may be added for kuri and loan repayment it can avoid a manual payment for each and every kuri as per the due dates. Credit card repayment is auto debit. So it can be able eliminate monitoring the kuri dates. It should be deducted 2 days before the kuri dates to avoid the auction eligibilty due to delayed credit of kuri amount.
