o Posted idea, issue and agenda displays 24 hours for review;
amendment and dissentment by peers.
o Posted idea, issue, agenda, amendment and dissentment assuming as public property displays another 24 hours for voting. Contribution can be seen in profile.
o The final decision is based on the vote of each user.
o Rule of majority more than 50% vote for posted idea, issue, agenda, amendment and dissentment qualifies for mandate.
o After 100 days of the mandate result, in referendum call voting period lasts over 24 hours where final decision is based on the vote of each user and rule of majority more than 50% vote qualifies for referendum.
