FieldTrack Attendance

FieldTrack Attendance helps businesses track field employee attendance and location
during active work sessions with photo verification and live status
updates for admins.

HOW IT WORKS
Employees sign in with their phone number and start a work session with a
quick selfie. Their location is recorded only while the session is active,
even if the app is closed, so their route can be reviewed later. A second
selfie confirms when the session ends. Sessions automatically stop after
12 hours if not ended manually.

FOR ADMINS
- View personnel grouped by role
- See live location on request
- Get notified if an employee's location is turned off
- Review full session history with check-in/check-out photos
- Manage invite codes to add new team members
- Set automatic data retention, or delete records manually

PRIVACY & CONSENT
Location tracking and photo capture are always started by the employee
themselves and can be stopped at any time. Nothing is tracked outside an
active work session. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

This app is intended for internal business use by teams that have agreed
to attendance and location tracking as part of their work.
