It's fresh and clean. the veggies which I ordered were similar to my choice when you go to the market to get ur veggies according to your choice. The experience is just like ur hand picked veggies and groceries. The rates are also reasonable. The only disappointment is that now also I need to go to the market to get yam - nicely cleaned and cut into slices as I am allergic to cutting Yam. If they could introduce the cut veggies and more rare leafy veggies.

2025-01-22	r *****	Vegetables, milk etc ordered through the KPN app are delivered quickly and usually are good. Tomatoes were missed once but customer service refunded the amount promptly. Coconuts are too small and almost double the price of buying outside . Fresh green vegetables are available in store but not always in the App. So it's a hit or miss

2025-01-21	um*****	Extremely rude and poor service by delivery executives. Being a senior citizen unable to walk properly I have to often rely on delivery apps for my groceries. KPN delivery executives are leaving my order at the wrong apartment forcing me to walk to retrieve my order. Despite sharing the correct address and then blaming me for giving wrong info! If this the kind of service being offered then I will never recommend this app to anyone!

2025-01-21	Re*****	I love this app. I am currently in Nellore and it's such a relief and nice replacement for Blinkit as the latter isn't operating in Nellore. Also, I suggest a few improvements, like the maps can be a lil more accurate, and regarding the available brands. Please try to include famous milk brands like Dodla or Vijaya instead of others which most of us aren't aware about. It increases reliability. Overall decent experience, would love if most products are restocked soon

2025-01-15	Ar*****	actually app is good, delivering products immediately for low cost is good, but I got two items quality was not good. one is sweet corn. very worst seeds are not at all good and banana I ordered they sent completely riped which should consumed with in a day. I raised a complaint but no proper response. other than that everything is good.

2025-01-15	bi*****	One of my friend told me about this app and first order offer, so I gave a try, no first order coupon working(tried on many products) and I placed a order without coupon, time shown was 19minutes but delivered after 50minutes, received damaged veggies n fruits, worst experience, no proper customer support, I don't recommend KPN app...

2025-01-14	Ve*****	It doesn't show the current location for my address and the app doesn't allow me to manually input the address and location. The moment I open the app it takes to fix my address based on current location and the address is totally different from my home address
