If you own a restaurant look further. We have had nights were we couldn't process credit cards. Night where tickets wouldnt print at all, and so many more issues. Please.... For the love of all things holy, choose anything else! You have been warned!

2024-02-24	Lu*****	Do not use this system. They are a corporate brand where end-game is to take maximum out of hard working people. They started charging percent on the sales because we refused to use their payment gateway. Because we are happy with our current vendor. Who is cheaper.

2023-10-21	sm*****	kounta was a great point of sale until it was sold to lightspeed, after forcing everyone to upgrade their plan they are now trying to force everyone to use there payment processing and taking a minimum 1.4% commission on card payments. Myself and 2 other cafes in town have decided to move to Twirll + tyro. Support is also pretty much non existent anymore, use to get a reply in a couple of minutes and now you have to book an appointment with your account manager, who may or may not call you.
