Control of the next appearance: A separate block that allows you to record the date and time of the scheduled appearance. The data is stored in the phone's memory even after restarting the application or updating the application version.
Automatic shift calculation: The user only enters the time of appearance and delivery, and the application itself calculates the duration of the shift in hours, taking into account the transition of the trip through midnight (the next day).
Separate accounting of hours: * Payment: Calculates the net time from appearance to delivery.
Rest: Recorded in a separate accent cell and summed up separately from the main working time.
Integration with Excel: All data (train number, locomotive number, station, time of acceptance/delivery of the locomotive/electric locomotive) are recorded in the table uz_work_log_v3.xlsx in the Downloads folder.
Convenient timesheet and history: A list of recent trips is displayed directly in the application. The application automatically recognizes the current month and displays clear summaries: “Payment for May: XX hours” and “Rest for May: XX hours”.
Editing records: Next to each trip in the history there is a delete button (red basket), which, when clicked, deletes the erroneous line directly from the Excel file and instantly calculates the amount of hours for the month.
The application is adapted to the specifics of work at the TM-9 depot, has large fields for convenient entry on the go and works completely autonomously without the Internet.
