You can access detailed bill information, apply advanced filters by bill number, customer name, issued date, or status, and create multiple types of bills, including one-time, recurring, scheduled, and drafts. The system also supports stackable discounts, bill approvals or rejections, delivery information updates, and convenient organization through customizable folders. Bills can be marked as paid, matched with deposits—including partial matching—copied, resent, or closed. Bill and receipt templates are also available for viewing.

Managing deposits is equally simple with deposit lists, detailed views, and filters by remark, memo, bill reference, date, bank account, or status. You can match deposits to bills with full or partial payments, or take advantage of automated scraping and auto-matching to speed up your workflow.

Customer management is fully integrated. You can view customer profiles, filter them by name, tax ID, or mobile number, and create or edit customer records.
