Foster Family is a parental control application designed to keep minor children safe in the digital environment.

⚠️ TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT
This application is designed to be installed only on a child's device under parental/guardian supervision. The "Foster Family Protection Active" notification will always be visible in the notification bar as long as the application is running on the child's device. No covert monitoring is performed.

📍 REAL-TIME LOCATION TRACKING
• See your child's real-time location on a map
• Define safe zones (school, home), receive notifications when they leave the zone
• Review location history

🔍 CONTENT FILTER
• Scans notifications from apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok for profanity and inappropriate content
• Sends an instant notification to the parent when a match is detected
• Message content is not stored, only a log of the alert is kept

🚨 SOS EMERGENCY
• The child can instantly alert the parent by pressing the SOS button in case of danger
• SOS can also be triggered by pressing the volume button three times quickly
• Emergency alert is sent along with location information

🛡️ APP BLOCKING
• Automatically block certain apps during school hours or at night
• Set time limits for apps such as games and social media

🌐 WEB PROTECTION
• Block access to harmful and inappropriate websites

🔒 PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS 1.3)
• In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
• Location data is stored for 30 days, alert logs for 90 days
• Data is not shared with third parties

This application should only be used by the parent for their own minor children. Using it to monitor someone else's device is prohibited and constitutes a crime under the Turkish Penal Code. This application uses Android Accessibility Services for emergency SOS alerts (triggered by the volume button) and web content protection. Collected data is only displayed in the parent account and is not shared with third parties.
