Уже два квартала подряд не могут сделать подсчёт уплаченных взносов ИП, при том, что вся информация об этом есть в разделе «деньги». Мы ожидаем от Эльбы упрощения и автоматизации рутины, но пока всё наоборот. Чем занимаются разработчики, если не могут реализовать настолько примитивную функциональность - большой вопрос.

Закрыл ИП. И тут оказывается, что задачи по расчету налогов и взносов закрыты, недоступны. Все это нужно считать самому. Самому составлять декларацию. Самому подписывать, оплачивать самому. Хотя за эти задачи Эльба как раз берет деньги. То есть пока ИП открыто система как то считает автоматически. Как только оно закрывается, Эльба умывает руки и от своих обязанностей отказывается, за которые уже взяла оплату. Поддержка, как всегда, только ссылки на сайт отправляет
