Konnie starts with the life you are planning, not a bank feed. It brings budgets, everyday spending, receipts, dates, tasks, notes and household details together, so your money plan reflects the life you are actually living. Use it alone or with others, keeping useful information visible to the people who need it and reducing the mental load of remembering, chasing and repeating everyday details.

Scan a receipt, then check it

Take one clear photo of the whole receipt. Konnie creates an editable list of items and prices for you to check before saving. Confirm the purchase date and total, correct or remove anything that does not look right, and rename one item or every matching line. Names you edit stay as you wrote them.

Keep plans and details connected

• Use a shared calendar for events, reminders and scheduled payments.
• Import selected events from an exported calendar file (.ics), then choose which remain personal and which are shared.
• Use Budget Buddy on a larger screen to create or review a budget and regular payment dates, then scan the proposed changes back into Konnie for confirmation.
• Add notes, shopping lists, tasks, dates, photos and optional costs.
• Link spending to a trip, birthday, food plan or another part of everyday life.

Private teen accounts

Invitation-only teen accounts for ages 13 to 17 provide a lighter space for personal spending, income, savings goals, notes and social plans. A teen's personal money is not visible to adult household members. Notes and plans are shared only when the teen chooses.

Optional household tools

Store selected home, insurance and vehicle records in encrypted Household Documents, with reminders for MOT, servicing, tax and renewal dates. Loyalty passes, card repayment planning and planned budgets are optional tools you can switch on when useful.

Your data, your choices

CSV export is included. Sharing example receipts to improve scanning and optional product-use reporting are separate choices and switched off by default.

Konnie is not a bank, lender, investment service or financial adviser. Always check receipt results before saving.

Konnie can hold ordinary calendar reminders for doctor or hospital appointments. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device.

Subscription

Konnie requires an active subscription after any eligible trial. One subscription covers solo use or the supported household. Google Play displays the current trial, introductory charge, renewal price and cancellation terms before you subscribe.
