What Can You Do?

• Add photos (single or multiple), write descriptions, and edit or delete your posts anytime.

2. Discover Posts
• See posts from your neighborhood or nearby areas using location-based filters.
• Save posts you like so you can revisit them later.

3. Comment & Like
• Contribute by commenting on posts or liking them.
• Edit or delete your own comments at any time.

4. Messaging
• Chat one-on-one with other users using the app’s secure messaging feature.
• You can also delete old conversations whenever you wish.

5. Local Listings
• Create listings for sales, giveaways, trades, help requests, or events.
• Edit your listings or remove them completely whenever you want.

6. Location-Based Content
• Posts and listings are shown according to your location.
• With the map and filtering features, you can quickly find the latest content around you.

Safety and Community Guidelines

• Komşu actively moderates posts and users to ensure community safety.
• Spam, insults, and inappropriate content are not allowed.

Data Deletion and Control

In Komşu, users have full control over their own data:
• Posts, comments, listings, and messages can be individually deleted at any time within the app.
• These deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
• When you request to delete your account, all of your content (posts, messages, and listings) will be permanently removed.

You can use the “Delete My Account” option directly in the app, or visit the Account Deletion Policy link on our Google Play store page for detailed information.

Note: Posts, comments, and messages can also be deleted one by one from within the app without deleting your account.
