2024-10-12	Ma*****	Nice when I actually works... Glitchy and doesn't always load. I had to rent/end rent 3 times in order to properly lock a bike. Obviously glitchy for others bc map will say bikes are at a location and there isn't any so the locking mechanism obviously doesn't always work.

2024-10-11	Ka*****	Three great bikes. The white one had a wet cracked seat and was rattly. But we loved our ride.

2024-09-01	Da*****	Tried to rent 2 bikes. Second bike would not unlock. App keeps locking up when trying to return bike. It does appear that App will not have any trouble charginging me for the unused rentals.

2024-07-29	Jo*****	Doesn't work. "Permission is needed for core functionality. Please enable it from the setting." When I click on 'Setting' and click on permissions, my Android phone states "No permissions denied." When you go to the website it tells you to go to on the sign by the bicycles it only talks about storage lockers.

2024-07-06	Mi*****	Not a great app at all doesn't work at all but the park ranger and his secretary at Goddard State Park is very helpful and went above and beyond to help with it but as far as the app goes not good at all!! Very glitchy and I got the rental bikes for free because of the ranger and his help on the phone with whomever he was and gave us the rental bikes for the app issue so nice people there but they shouldn't have to be put in that position for the app not working like it should work!

2023-09-26	Th*****	Tried to rent 3 bikes. All broken. Returned immediately where I could (lock was broke). No way to contact customer service. Now I'm out $$$. I put in a case, and they closed it without contact after 2 weeks. I can't imagine these guys will be in business for a lot longer.

2023-07-28	co*****	I called about the bikes. He immediately sent someone out to fix the bikes. The seat was fixed, I could tell the bikes were moved...however, all bikes had flat tires once you sat on them. Maybe next time time. And for now on, I'll bring my air pump and tools. Very disappointing when your goal was to ride the bikes on the levy all weekend.
