I like Kohler, I am disappointed to see a rating of 1.8 stars as if this weren't a warranty replacement, I could not buy a smart device with this type of rating. The new version, I cannot scroll through preferences as I use a larger font but this is how 1.8 ratings happen. The app took forever to connect after the update, I am forced to use the app for certain features that are unspecified for my freaking bidet, I must also share usage data with Kohler for all unspecified features. Odd, right?

After multiple attempts of unsuccessful connect anthem to the apps. I reached out to the customer service and found out that the issues were due to the hardware which the customer support is able to ship me a replacement immediately. The apps is nicely designed and worked as intended.
