Have tried multiple times to end my subscription with Kobo as I can no longer afford it, and yet they are still taking my money. Hopeless. Should I contact a solicitor?

Dont bother. I signed up to the subscription, it prompted me to download the app, and then kept telling me the account didnt exsist when it does. Reset the password 3 times still nothing. Absolutely useless app. If I could rate zero, i would.
