VUPro

VU Pro is a multimedia playback application developed to function as a media player interface, allowing the user to access content from sources, servers, domains, URLs, DNS, logins, and passwords provided by the user.

The application does not provide, host, store, retransmit, sell, market, or distribute channels, movies, series, lists, subscriptions, broadcasts, or any type of audiovisual content, whether its own or from third parties.

VU Pro acts exclusively as a media player. All content accessed through the application is the sole responsibility of the user and/or the entity responsible for the server, domain, service, or source configured in the app.

To use the application, the user may enter connection information such as domain, DNS, server URL, login, and password. This data is used only to allow authentication, connection, and playback of content provided by the source chosen by the user.

VU Pro does not collect sensitive personal data, does not sell user information, does not rent data, and does not use the data provided for third-party advertising, behavioral marketing, or unauthorized commercial purposes. The information entered into the application may be stored locally on the user's device to facilitate use, maintain preferences, and allow the session to function. The user can remove this data at any time through the device settings, clearing the application data, or uninstalling the app.

The application does not create, sell, or manage content accounts. If the login used belongs to a third-party server, panel, or service, any request for cancellation, modification, or deletion of that account must be made directly to the person responsible for the respective service.

The user declares to be aware that they must use the application only with content that is duly authorized, licensed, or under their legitimate responsibility. It is prohibited to use VU Pro to access, reproduce, transmit, or facilitate any content that violates copyright, transmission rights, trademarks, intellectual property, or any applicable legislation.

The security of the server, domain, panel, access credentials, and content configured in the application is the responsibility of the user and/or the person responsible for the service indicated in the app.

The registration used in the Google Play Console is for operational purposes only, serving only as a technical means to keep the application published and available on the Play Store. This registration does not transfer legal, commercial, administrative, or operational responsibility for the application to the account holder used for publication.
