Smart KneeSleeve enables you to measure thigh muscle activity during knee muscle training process.

The biofeedback feature visualizes electromyography (EMG) of quadriceps vastus lateralis, vastus medialis and hamstring muscles during exercises. Knee injury and immobility can cause significant muscle loss, especially in the quadriceps, which is critical for knee function. The failure to activate a thigh muscle after knee injury is a frequent neurological response that inhibits quadriceps function due to altered signals from the injured joint to the central nervous system. Such biofeedback helps to restore muscle strength, improve joint stability, enhance function, monitor leg training progress and prevent knee re-injury.

Smart KneeSleeve measurement system consists of KneeSleeve, MCell (EMG device) and KneeSleeve app.
