Recent reviews

Worthless, buggy piece of software. I need the functionality but it only works about 1% of the time. Makes you think it's going to make your life easier but it just causes frustration! Update: in the past I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it never helped. However, I tried this again after several days of frustration and I was amazed by all of the issues that seem to be resolved. It seems to be working again during my tests, but I haven't gotten a chance to really use it yet.
