The app did not give the extra 1 hour parking even though I added the license plate number of my car. I see other people experienced the same issue, this should be addressed by the developer and the parking company.

They advertise 2-hour parking for free if you register, but the app is so buggy it won't even show you a confirmation when you enter the license plate. And you will still have to pay for that hour anyway.
