The voice translator is a conversational assistant app used by Korean speakers to converse with Tagalog or English speakers.

When you speak into the microphone, the app first uses local recognition to quickly display what you have said on the screen. Users can immediately check if their speech is being properly recognized and view translation results in complete sentence units.

An offline mode is also available. However, offline voice recognition and translation may have lower accuracy depending on the device and model conditions. If more accurate recognition and translation are required, we recommend using online mode.

Online mode involves entering an external API key issued by the user directly into the app.

- Standard Online: Uses Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Cloud Translation API keys

- Advanced Online: Uses OpenAI API keys

- API keys are stored on the user's device.

- When using online features, voice or text may be transmitted to a selected external API provider.

- Fees for using external APIs may be billed to the user's API provider account (such as Google or OpenAI), rather than to the app developer.

- Banner ads that do not interrupt the conversation flow may be displayed at the bottom of the app screen.

This app is designed for users who want to check first whether their speech was properly recognized during foreign language conversations. In situations where translation quality is critical, please use online mode after setting up API keys, usage limits, and budget alerts in the provider console.
