The app has three main parts to guide your stress relief journey.

Follow along as you breathe in, hold, and breathe out. Start slow and build up over time. These simple stress relief exercises help calm your mind and body. There are ten levels across four stages, so you can keep going as you get better at it.

Short lines to read when you need them. Read one, think about it, and take it with you through your day. A quick stress relief practice you can do anytime, anywhere.

DAILY ACTIVITY GUIDANCE
Simple tips to help you build calm habits into your day. Small, consistent stress relief exercises that fit into your routine.

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Just open the app and start. No sign up, no login, nothing to fill out.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Stress Relief does not collect, store, or share your personal data. Anything you do in the app stays on your device.

Stress Relief is a tool to help you relax. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or mental health professional. If you are dealing with ongoing stress or anxiety, please talk to a professional.

Some breathing exercises use longer holds as you move up the levels. Go at your own pace, and stop if you feel dizzy or lightheaded.
