Matrescence with MAIA

The Matrescence with MAIA App is to support new mothers, as part of the B2B MAIA: Matrescence Empowerment programme.

The app will give women access to expert educational video content. It will also link through to customer service support for the programme. Plus will be used to stream live education sessions with experts around women's health and careers.

Matrescence is the physical, psychological and emotional transition a woman goes through when she becomes a mother. Like adolescence, it involves hormonal fluctuations, physical changes as well as significant shifts in identity, relationships and responsibilities.

But unlike when we become teenagers there is a lack of understanding, awareness of support for Matrescecne.

MAIA is here to change this. Helping support women and raise awareness and understanding in organisation to help mothers and their families thrive and businesses keep their amazing female talent happy and well in their organisations.
