Aunt Flo - Period Tracker is a complete women's health app that helps you follow regular or irregular cycles with ease, optionally lets your partner know in advance that your period is approaching, and gives you healthy meal suggestions, a personalised daily calorie intake target, an activity goal and real activity tracking.

With a calm, elegant interface you manage your cycle, your nutrition and your movement from one place. No complicated charts, no long forms — log it in a couple of taps and let the app keep track.

CYCLE TRACKING — REGULAR OR IRREGULAR
• Enter your last period date and average cycle length, and instantly see how many days are left
• Tap "My Period Started" when it begins, and choose the intensity when it ends
• BUILT FOR IRREGULAR CYCLES: the app learns your personal average from your own history and updates its predictions accordingly. No two cycles are alike, and Aunt Flo adapts to yours
• If your period is late, it clearly shows how many days you have been waiting instead of forcing a prediction
