| 2021-06-01 |  | | I did love the app, have used it before but, there was a glitch. I made a purchase and had NO way of getting help. App told me "I am not authorized" and I was still logged in and made the purchase. Could not get any shipping information nothing but, the payment was accepted. They definitely authorized that. My only option was to get advice from the seller through messaging bcuz the app had no option to get help just help pages that did nothing. |
| 2021-05-22 |  | | App is a pain to use. Keeps asking me for category when I post but no obvious or intuitive way to do it. Eventually figured out it will do it if I add the brand. But then freezes my phone while uploading. When done it turns out they flipped all my pictures sideways for me |
| 2021-05-10 |  | | Spend the extra $75 and shop a legit site. $250 to an English speaking seller, and my PayPal receipt is a bunch of Chinese characters. USPS never saw the package. Afterwards, I went back through and easily found about 15-20 CLEARLY related accounts. I'm kinda thinking they're based in Asia which explains no phone number, anywhere, and they maybe even run some of the fake accounts on the site. Their customer support emails me back at like midnight to 1am EST. SHOP ELSEWHERE. |

All Kixify did was remove the user from the app. So not only am i out 215$ but my fiance did not get the Christmas gift she wanted most. Terrible app. I would not use it ever again. |

| 2020-11-15 |  | | Purchased a pair of shoes for my Son's birthday, seller did not ship them and ignored every message I sent. There is no place on the App where you can get customer service involved so now I had to open a claim with PayPal and sit and wait for the resolution center to help me. Very frustrating! |

| 2020-04-26 |  | | Was a new buyer on Kixify and my first purchase on this websit, a person who was on here from 2014 with 100% feedback took my money, Removed all items off list and never sent or responded to messages. I been shopping online for over 20yrs never had this experience. I dont think everyone is bad i will just never buy here first impressions goes a long way. |
