2023-12-29	Le*****	Have been experiencing a download issue for months. Android device. All softwares are up to date. When you click on download, it won't start the download like it used to. Only when I close the app and start the app, i will find the file paused. Then I have to click to download again. Then, only then will it start downloading, but only one file. If I had a series of files to be downloaded, I'd have to close the app and restart as many times as I have files to download.

2022-05-31	Ch*****	App kept crashing, so I installed an older version (1.18 I think) and then it started to work again. There is something wrong with the latest version which Kiwidisk does not admit. I used their 1:1 consultation and it wasn't helpful at all. Just install old versions.
