2024-03-26	Bl*****	First time ever trying this service. Fridge would not unlock and errors on screen. Totally annoyed, I won't be back. To be clear, the app is likely working but everything it controls was not. Tried paying with credit card 3 times and unlocking the fridge with the app, no joy. Timeout errors appear on display and transactions cancelled. Called a support number where a rep rebooted the equipment. Tried again with same failure. You had your shot, I'm out.
