*** Representative method of responding to unavailability
A. A phenomenon in which the message “Power company search is protected by Eversafe” is printed and immediately closed (when the login page does not appear)
- The WebView (Internet browser) function built into Android is too old or damaged.

- The user's mobile phone violates security standards.
- Illegal OS installation (rooting)
