2025-01-15	Pr*****	order not delivered in timeslot. no call from agent nor the customer service picking up call says all agent busy. what a poor service . products with shelf life of 15 days are delivered when only 2 days are left to expiry. this is not acceptable as u r forcing customer to use product near expiry as customer might have plans for 5 days so is he supposed to change his plans according to ur near expiry products?? 0 star

2024-10-27	ni*****	vegetable quality is good. however issue management is really pathetic if there is any issue with the order(ex: missing items from the order). in othet apps, you can resolve it with few clicks in thw app.

2024-10-03	Ma*****	Kisanserv app is really great, but they need to improve or change 2 things in their app. 1. Giving option for cash on delivery or paying at the time of delivery. 2. Showing out of stock items in the app. I have frequently experienced that whenever I had ordered, one of the items was always out of stock, and the delivery person told me that a refund would be processed for the missing item, which never happened. I don't receive the item and money both. This is the major drawback of the app
