PharmaSoft Offline Sales

PharmaSoft Offline Sales helps pharma distributors and field sales teams create sale invoices even when internet is unavailable. Sign in with your company code, select a branch, sync master data once, and start billing from your phone or tablet.

• Offline sale invoicing — Add items, select batch and pack UOM, enter qty, rate, and discount without needing live internet.
• Master data sync — Download items, batches, stock, customers, doctors, and transaction settings for your branch.
• Batch & stock aware — Pick batches with expiry and available quantity; supports multiple pack UOMs (e.g. Tabs, Sheets).
• Party & payment — Bill customers with Cash, Credit, Card, or UPI; capture transaction reference for Card/UPI.
• Save & manage invoices — Save invoices on the device, view pending bills, and edit before upload.
• Sync to server — Upload saved sales to PharmaSoft when you are back online using Sync All from Home.
• Invoice preview — Preview tax invoice layout and export/share PDF from saved invoices.
• GST-ready billing — Line-level tax, discount, and invoice totals calculated as per your PharmaSoft setup.

WHO IT IS FOR

This app is for authorised PharmaSoft users only. You need a valid company login and branch access from your administrator.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your company code and user credentials.
2. Select your branch and tap Sync All to download latest master data.
3. Create sale invoices offline during field visits or weak-network areas.
4. Save invoices on the device and upload them when internet is available.
