I don't understand one thing, why does the app keep logging me out? Is it very hard to keep me signed in?

After the latest update the app is acting like an extremely old application that very slow refresh rate and the visitor list is not able to view history nor the new ones. The app also proves to be unfriendly as unable to add the same vehicle plate number into another account cause its a shared family car. The whole app experience is just horrible.
