Isrustrating. My son's VIP status that I paid for a year is gone so all his outfits and pets, etc. now he has to see ads when he plays. I paid so he doesn't have to see ads but now he has to. What's the point? My account was also lost. I use this app to help my brain recover frombrain surgery and connect the dots again. Is very helpful but sometimes I fall asleep while playing because my brainis cognitively exercising and I stop playing. I dont know what happened that I lost points vip status
